No public cloud-server address, encrypted site and staff connections, individual user accounts and multi-factor authentication for administrators. The design is developed with reference to IEC 62443 principles.

Client-owned cloud and data

The Microsoft Azure account is opened in the client’s name. The client owns the account and data, and Citrine’s operating access can be revoked when required.
